Clutch handla was born and raised in boston,ma his childhood mainly consisted of basketball. He attended an exam school and eventually studied business in college. Clutch wrote lyrics in school but it wasn't until 2012 he started to put out mixtapes. Manual records is his independent label and he also has multiple music videos.
